Product replacement or return

Please return the defective items for a replacement or a refund.

RETURNS:

• If the product you purchased has a factory defect or does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and within the next 14 days from the date of return of the product to receive your money in the bank account specified in the online form: Complaints / order return request. • The return of the product is made with the courier company with which the delivery was made to the address indicated in the SENDER column of the waybill with which the product was received.

The return procedure is as follows:

1. Fill out the online form on the site CLICK HERE: https://uniquefashion-online.com/form/2/reklamatsii-zayavka-za-vrashtane-na-porachka.html

2. Contact us to receive the OVA (Authorization for Return of Item) after which you will receive confirmation of the return by SMS message to the phone number you specified.

3. When exchanging an item, you will need to provide us with the order number, your two names, the product item number, the address of the courier office where we can deliver the replaced item, a contact phone number, as well as detailed information about the defect if the item has one (including photos of the defect).

• If the item has a proven factory defect, the cost of shipping is refunded to the customer.

• If the purchased item does not match your size or does not satisfy you, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• Items from the lingerie and swimwear sector are not subject to return.

• Items must be in good commercial condition:

not worn, washed, ironed, stained and with an unpleasant odor, with original packaging and label.

You will receive the value of the returned items only by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the online form:

Complaints / request for return of an order within 14 days after the return.

Returns made in a manner other than the instructions above WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
