Product replacement or return

Please return the defective items for a replacement or for a refund.

RETURN:

• If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days and receive your money within the next 14 days.
• The return of the goods is done with a courier company to the visited address in the online form: Complaints / request for return of an order

The return procedure is as follows:

1. Fill in the online form of the site.

2. Contact us to obtain an OVA (Return Authorization) tracking number. You will need to provide us with the serial number of the product (if any), the order number, your address where to deliver the replaced product, and a contact phone number.


• If the product has a factory defect, its value is refunded to the customer.
• If the purchased goods do not match your size or do not satisfy you, the transport costs are paid by the customer.
• Items from the lingerie and swimwear sector are non-refundable.
• Items must be in good commercial condition:

not to be worn, washed, ironed, soiled and with an unpleasant smell, with original packaging and label.

Returns made in a manner other than the instructions above WILL NOT BE RESPECTED.

You will receive the value of the returned items in the bank account indicated in the online form:

Complaints / request for return of an order within 14 days after the return.
